A company is looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the candidate pipeline from sourcing to onboarding
Assess bilingual candidates' proficiency in Spanish
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine screening processes and
interview techniques
Required Qualifications:
At least 1+ years of recruiting experience in the healthcare
space
Clinical background (CNA, MA, LPN, or similar) is ideal
Experience recruiting for high-volume roles
Proficiency with job posting and sourcing resources
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
