Key Responsibilities
Build a pipeline of employer prospects through broker relations and
targeted outreach
Own and drive the sales process from initial outreach to
implementation
Collaborate with Product to refine and expand the employer
offering
Required Qualifications
Deep experience in fertility or family building sales
Ability to lead the entire sales process end-to-end
Experience in cultivating key relationships and making cold
connections
