Established Boston design-build outfit is looking to add a talented Construction Manager to its growing team.Company offers generous salary & benefits packages, 401k match, PTO, along with growth and advancement opportunity.Responsibilities:

• Commercial construction background (ground up, addition, renovation work).
• Experience building hospitals, pharmaceutical, academic, Biotech, Clean Rooms, or Labs.
• Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors, and customers.
• Manage & provide leadership for the labor, construction, materials, tools, and equipment associated with projects.
• Blueprint comprehension, layout and coordination, material handling and inventory, site safety coordination, determining labor and production, ensuring labor hours are achieved, equipment and material resources.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
