Job Description:

The OT Security Officer supports the use of OT Cyber Security requirements. This position is responsible for the OT Cybersecurity Risk Assessment. It must track remediations to gather evidence for the OPS transfer process. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing risk assessments, remediation, and mitigation plans.
• Helping SMEs in other teams to understand OT Security requirements.
• Advising on the implementation and prioritization of appropriate security controls. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics required.
  • 5+ years of work experience with or next to operational technology.
  • A good understanding of SCADA, PLC, and automation networks is essential.
  • A deep knowledge of security concepts and frameworks for OT systems, such as IEC 62443 and ISO 27001.
  • Understanding of legislation relating to Critical National Infrastructure (NERC-CIP).
  • Experience in the implementation of complex solutions in challenging environments.
  • Experience working in complex teams.
  • Experience as an end user of solutions, particularly in an operational environment. Additional knowledge and experience required:
    • Understanding of network and system security, system and network configuration, and application security.
    • Exposure to the energy industry, especially any dealings with national critical infrastructure.
