Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner
with NE jurisdictional knowledge to analyze and process claims.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine
benefits due
Negotiate settlements and communicate claim activity with claimants
and clients
Report claims to excess carriers and respond to requests in a
timely manner
Required Qualifications
5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and
experience
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Professional certification applicable to the line of business
preferred
Knowledge of workers' compensation in NJ, IL, PA, MA, and VA
jurisdictions
Licensing preferred, not required; must obtain post-hire with
company funding
