Job Description What is it like to work for a company that

planner provides support on a variety of tasks and projects within
the BAE Systems ES-Facilities department. They need to be able to
think strategically as well as react and change on the fly.The
candidate must be a self-starter with a flexible mind-set, who is
able to work with multiple Facilities personnel at multiple BAE
locations within the New England Area (primarily focused in
Southern NH), to ensure successful capital project planning and
delivery. Candidate will also be expected to support the Facilities
IWMS (TRIRIGA) system with data entry/updates and basic CAD
support.Job responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with key
business partners.
- Hybrid 50+% onsite in New Hampshire (Merrimack)
- Engaging with the Business Area and Functional leaders to
understand office and lab requirements and provide timely solutions
to meet the demand to execute on our government contracts.
- Updating IWMS (TRIRIGA) system with space usage data and
employee locations
- Develop site occupancy plan for supply and demand: analysis of
forecasted headcount and seat supply projections, supporting
graphs, stacking plans, move scenarios, challenges, and pros/cons
for each recommendation.
- Implement move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy
plan along with day-to-day service requests.
- Support change management as it pertains changing workspace and
work style.
- Support communication plan as it pertains to occupancy
plan.
- Drive to improve Site Leadership awareness by providing
trending analysis: new hire, terminations, moves, vacancy, actual
vs forecast.
- Strive to maintain best in class space and occupancy data.
- Implement processes and development continuous improvement
recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental
objectives.
- Running bi-weekly meetings for the site facilities teamBecause
this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and
independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format,
with time split between working onsite in Manchester and
remotely.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of related experience.
- AutoCAD or planning Experience.
- Experience with Planning Objectives and Execution.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal with
all levels of management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactively searches for process improvement.
- Ability to interpret and apply policy and procedure.
- Program/project management experience.Preferred Education,

- MS Project (Preferred)
- Power BI (preferred)
- GG9 or above (preferred)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$78760 - $133870Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
