Job Description:

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to manage patient communications and reporting data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Design and coordinate direct patient communications related to operational changes and patient engagement
Create and deploy nonclinical patient emails while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Sourcing and compiling data into cohesive reports using Excel

Required Qualifications

Familiarity with basic Excel functions, including filtering and simple pivot tables
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Outlook
Experience tracking projects in Workfront
Ability to collect and analyze reporting data
Must reside in either Texas or Florida
