Postpartum, Newborn Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM -
07:30 AM; Nights & Every Other Weekend (36 hours/week) Guaranteed
Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 3 years License: Active RN
License Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
every 2 years - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
preferred Must-Have: - Experienced in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum,
Circulating, and Newborn Care - Familiarity with EPIC EMR Job
Description: - Work in a 25-bed Labor & Delivery Unit, including
Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Care, 2 Operating Rooms, 2
Antepartum rooms, and Recovery Room. - Manage patient ratios of
L&D 1:2-3 evaluations, 1:1 active labor, Magnesium gtt or
epidural; Postpartum 1:3-4. - Attend to a diverse patient
population, with an average daily census of 15-25 mothers, babies,
and labor cases. - No floating required, ensuring consistency in
the unit. - Engage in straight shift schedules for evening and
night positions. - Participate in a rotating shift position with
one night of call, including shift timings 7 am-7 pm, 11 am-11 pm,
