Your daily toolkit will include leveraging lists, social media, email, telemarketing, and personal connections to generate and nurture leads.Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt & Close: Drive new business acquisition by effectively utilizing sales tools and strategies.
  • Promote & Represent: Showcase The Armstrong Company's services across New England and nationally. Amplify our brand presence on social media and engage actively in associations and networking events.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and present compelling proposals to win business, thinking strategically on behalf of clients.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and team members.

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience required.
  • Experience creating and acting on a sales plan.
  • Embrace technology and use of a CRM tool.
  • Exceptional listening skills along with strong communication both oral and written.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
