Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Director to guide the team in
ensuring quality and stability in game development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a robust test strategy to meet quality
benchmarks
Hire, mentor, and develop QA team members for long-term growth
Manage staffing plans, budgets, and resource allocation for the QA
team
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience managing a QA team
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
Understanding of all forms of testing within the game development
cycle
Experience integrating QA into Agile software development teams
ISTQB certification or similar training is a plus
