3-8 years of experience auditing energy for commercial and multifamily facilities
Building diagnostic performance experience
Report writing and energy presentation
Energy modeling with eQuest experience
Ensure timely compliance and quality control
Analyze and evaluate fuel records for heating and cooling results
Conduct HVAC system inspections and checkups
Maintain client relations with regard to work operations
