Workflow Automation Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workflow Automation Engineer to implement complex automated workflows using their industry-leading Workflow Automation platform.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and guide customers through workflow implementations
Configure and implement complex workflow solutions based on customer needs
Develop dynamic workflow components and integration components using various technologies

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in technical software/SaaS implementations
Prior customer engagement or success experience
Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, XML)
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) and complex query development
Familiarity with integration technologies (API, REST, AI Integration)
