Company Overview:Our client is an innovative and rapidly expanding private credit firm, currently managing $3 billion AUM, with plans to double their size through upcoming fund launches. As they continue their exciting growth trajectory, the firm is looking to expand their financial reporting team to play a key role in maintaining top-tier reporting standards and driving operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic firm at a pivotal moment in their journey.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial reports, including capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, and management fees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting the firm's continued growth.
• Assist with fund audits, quarterly and annual reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including reviewing fund structures, valuations, and financial statements.
• Work closely with the Controller and CFO on special projects, fund launches, and other strategic initiatives.Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience within Private Credit or Fund Administration
  • Open to backgrounds in asset management, public accounting, or fund administration
  • Proficiency with financial reporting software, preferably Allvue or Investran.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
