A company is looking for a Senior Director of Corporate
Development & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of corporate development
strategy, including M&A opportunities and strategic
partnerships
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify
potential targets and industry trends
Collaborate with senior leadership to refine the overall corporate
strategy and implement strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA
preferred
Exceptional experience in corporate development, investment
banking, or management consulting
Proven track record of successfully executing M&A
transactions
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Leadership and team management experience
